Rudieta eShop is shutting down on Jan 1, 2026
Posted: 29 Nov 2025, 16:00. We’re sharing this early so you can plan next steps, complete any pending orders, and withdraw creator earnings on time.
Why we’re doing this
This was a hard decision. Over the last months, our operating environment changed faster than we could sustainably adapt. The main factors:
- Rising costs across infrastructure and operations
- Higher minimum wage requirements in Kosovo, starting Jan 1, 2026
- A steady decline in customers placing orders
- Negative operating results in Q3 and (so far) Q4 2025
We loved building this with you. Ending on clear terms is the most responsible path for customers, creators, and our small team.

| 22 Dec 2025, 23:59 | “Third-party delivery within Kosovo” disabled. |
| 28 Dec 2025, 23:59 | “House pickup within Prishtina” disabled. |
| 30 Dec 2025, 14:00 | Ordering disabled (you will no longer be able to submit new orders). |
| 31 Dec 2025, 20:00 | All active orders must complete by 20:00; anything after will not be fulfilled. |
| 1 Jan 2025, 00:00 | Full shutdown of website, Discord, and support operations. |
Important: Any account balances or gift cards are usable only while ordering is enabled. After 30 Dec 2025, 14:00 (when ordering is disabled), they will no longer be redeemable.
What this means for you
- You can place new orders until 30 Dec 2025, 14:00.
- Existing orders must be completed by 31 Dec 2025, 20:00.
- Gift cards and promotional codes work until ordering is disabled; after that, they are not valid.
- Delivery options will phase out as listed above to avoid last-minute issues.
For creators
Starcodes are disabled on 21 Dec 2025. A payout window is scheduled for 22 Dec 2025 at 17:00. Please review your earnings and ensure your payout details are correct in the Creator Panel.
