How does Rudieta eShop work?
You place an order on the site → we tell you how to pay (cash or transfer) → after we receive the payment we buy the digital product for you.
Do I have to pay delivery?
Meet-up in Prishtina is €0. House / pickup in Prishtina is €1. Delivery in Kosovo (3rd party) is €2.
My code / gift card didn’t work
First check spelling. Some codes are one-time or burned on use. If it still fails, contact [email protected] or in Discord.
Can I become a creator / partner?
Yes. You can apply in the Creator panel. Approved creators get their own starcode and see earnings since last withdrawal.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 30–120 minutes for Prishtina meet-up, 30–120 minutes for Prishtina house delivery, 24–48h for the rest of Kosovo (depends on 3rd party).
Where can I submit a claim?
Use the claim form and include your order ID, product, and proof. We answer in the same day.
